Hope Builders International supports Christian ministry around the world proven effective in ministering the love of God to communities unreached by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Locally, Hope Builders offers discipleship programs designed to increase vitality of faith in Jesus Christ and the advance of the kingdom of God. Internationally, Hope Builders develops strategic resources for national ministries assisting them in carrying out their ministry objectives.
Hope Builders is currently raising funds for numerous African, Asian, Middle Eastern and Turkish world projects including the following:
- $300,000 for hub church planting to serve over 100,000 led to Christ in the past year
- Raising support funds for widow and orphan centers in several countries of Africa as well as India and Nepal
- Raising $200,000 for church planting efforts among the largely unreached Alevi people in Asia.
- Vocational training and income generating projects for women rescued from prostitution in India
- Training programs for Nepali Christian leaders.
- Support of strategic evangelistic and refugee work in several Middle Eastern nations including the purchase and development of what will be the largest Christian camp in the Middle East.
Hope Builders began operations in January of 2002. The Hope Builders staff has over 25 years of direct mission experience on the continent of Africa plus 13 years of experience with missions work in Asia, the Turkish World and the Middle East. As a result, extensive experience abounds in the following areas:
- Evaluating the integrity of indigenous missions groups
- Setting up accountability networks for projects and donors
- Organizing Conferences focusing on Training and Discipleship
- Developing personal relationships with front line mission leaders who have been beaten, jailed and tortured for Christ
- Handling financial arrangements for international ministries
- Arranging trips to visit front line mission activities.
Hope Builders’ major accomplishments include the distribution of over 4 million dollars to aid in church planting, Christian education, relief and training projects in such countries as Jordan, Turkey, Malawi, Mozambique, Sudan, Haiti, India and Nepal in our first four years of operation. In 2003 we took possession of a 13 acre property for use as our office and missions/training base. Hope Builders International is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability and participates in the Combined Federal Campaign.
